The hotel is beautiful I would love to come back again! Special mentions to Jossam from reception, answered any question I had with a smile, Callum Mia and Zach from the bar/restaurant were all amazing with their service and ensured I had a good time when I needed it!

Staff couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs which helped with some of the worries we had travelling for the first time since my husband's injury and hospital stay. Very comfortable room and bathroom was lovely. Options to use own devices on the TV which was great. Would defo recommend

From check-in to checkout, the whole experience was impeccable- smooth check-in comfortable room and excellent shower; I had a meal in the restaurant, which was served beautifully by the lady on duty, with a side of smiles and toppings of good cheer! Breakfast was ample and tasty, s set me up for the day, and checkout was quick, smooth, and flawless.
Possibly one of the best hotel experiences of my life. I wish I had spent more time in the spa and gym!

Over all stay was 5star the only thing we wasn't advised about was the breakfast. We was sold as full English continental as a package wasn't told ypu could just buy a bacon roll for £7 if that was all you wanted. So feel a little disappointed about that. As we would of just gone for that Also breakfast lady who was on toast duty clearly come across as being away with the fairy's no smile also.

A very clean and well presented hotel. Warm and welcoming staff. Nothing was too much. The room was well-appointed and had everything I needed - even proper-sized mugs, for coffee! The bathroom was amazing, spotlessly clean, with everything provided. The double-headed shower is amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before their recent renovation and I must say I am very impressed with the new look and asthetic. Apart from the receptionist being a little confused with how the Rewards Scheme works on check in everything was marvelous. I did not dine on this occasion but in the past the food and breakfast has been most delightful. There is ample parking and a 24hr garage over the road for anyone needing to fill up the hire car before travelling back to Southampton airport. I will definitely be staying again in the future.
